What are your payment options?
We accept several modes of payment and you can choose what’s convenient for you.
- Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard
- E-wallet payments (Gcash, Paymaya, Grabpay) via Paymongo
- Direct online banking (BPI, UnionBank) via Paymongo
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — To be collected by J&T Express upon delivery
How do I place an order?
Here is a step-by-step guide that may help you with the ordering process:
- As you browse on our website, click on a product you are interested to buy.
- Choose your preferred color, size, or design (if asked) and click the Add to Cart button.
- The product will be added to your online shopping cart at the top-right part of the screen.
- You can continue browsing and adding more products to your shopping cart if you wish. Once you are ready to make your purchase, click on your shopping cart to open it.
- Before checking out, you can leave a note for us at the bottom of the cart if you have some requests, special instructions, or customization details (custom size, ‘gift for someone’, name of recipient of gift, etc.). If none, you can proceed by pressing the Checkout button.
- The next page would be where you have to fill out your complete shipping details and where you can choose your preferred payment method.
- Click your preferred payment option and fill out the required details. Online banking and e-wallet payments via Paymongo would redirect you to another window where you have to fill out the required details and finish the payment process.
- After the payment, you've successfully made your purchase. ✨ You will immediately get an email confirming your order. Then please wait for updates on your order via email also.
If you chose Cash on Delivery (COD) option, the process is the same. You will get an order confirmation email after you finish the check out process.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is shipped via J&T Express within 2-5 days after the order is confirmed. Then it usually takes 2-7 days for your parcel to arrive, depending on your location.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once we’ve shipped out your order. You will also receive another email when your parcel is out for delivery.

How do I track my order?
In our website menu, click Info and you’ll see the Track Your Order link. When you click it, the tracking page will show up. Then you can either enter your (1) Order number and email address or (2) the J&T Express Tracking number we gave to you via email. Click Track and the status your parcel will be shown.
