Shipping Info & Policy

• We ship nationwide in the Philippines through J&T Express. Shipping fees are to be shouldered by the buyer unless there are ongoing free shipping promos.
• Orders of on-hand items will be shipped in 2-5 days after the order is processed.
• Pre-order / made-to-order items will take longer to be shipped. Please check the product details of the pre-order items to see the exact waiting period.
• If you ordered an on-hand and a pre-order item at the same time, the items will still be consolidated in one parcel, and you will have to wait for the pre-order item to be ready before both will be shipped together. If you want them to be shipped separately, you have to order them separately.
• Please always make sure to write the complete address and contact details on the checkout page to avoid problems in delivery.
• In case there will be any unexpected delays in shipping out, we’ll make sure to inform you.
• Once the order is shipped out, you will be notified through an email along with the shipment tracking number. Please take note that it would take a few hours first before the tracking number is reflected on the courier’s tracking system.
• The wait before your parcel gets delivered may take 3-7 days (or more), depending on your location. We are shipping from Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, so orders from around Luzon would take a shorter shipping time than those from Visayas or Mindanao.
• Please note that delivery delays after the order is already shipped out are beyond our control. But we will try our best to communicate with the courier if necessary.
• Unfortunately, same-day delivery option is not available. We are located in a province that doesn’t have any available same-day delivery service.
• We don’t ship internationally yet. Hopefully someday. (ᵒ̴̶̷᷄_ᵒ̴̶̷᷅)
