Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience with us—so we triple-check our products’ condition and carefully pack your order before shipping.

But in case the following still happens:

(1) the items are damaged or broken upon receipt

(2) you have received the wrong item(s)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. We encourage you to check your item(s) immediately as you receive them and report if they are damaged or incorrect.

To request a return—please send us an email at returns@harumiruuzu.com along with pictures or a video of the parcel and the item(s) so we can look into it and get back to you as soon as we can.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging and box.

Returns will need to be sent back to our address through a courier. We will guide and give you the instructions and details.

After we receive the item(s) you sent back to us, you can either request for:

(1) the correct item(s) to be sent to you

(2) request for a refund

Refunds are processed via store credits that you can use to pay for future orders in our store.
