• The necklaces are handmade with love and treated with much care and patience while in the process of making. However, please do understand that there might be some slight imperfections sometimes.

• All chains and metal findings are made with hypoallergenic stainless steel.

• The colored ribbon pendants are made of metal alloy and coated with paint. The gold ribbon pendant is 14k gold plated.

• Beads used are Austrian crystal beads, glass beads, mermaid glass beads, acrylic beads, faux pearls, and more.

• The necklace's length/size is approx. 39cm with extra 5cm chain extender.

• Each necklace has an organza pouch and each order comes with a care instructions card and packed in a protective cardboard box.
